Overview
JIE NENG builds single-stage and two-stage reverse osmosis systems on stainless steel or carbon steel skid frames, incorporating spiral-wound membrane elements, high-pressure pumps, cartridge pre-filters, and instrumentation for inlet pressure, permeate pressure and conductivity monitoring.
Systems are configured around the feedwater analysis and target permeate quality provided by the buyer, and are built for continuous industrial duty in food and beverage, electronics, power, chemical and general manufacturing settings.
Each skid is factory-assembled, pressure-tested and wired to a local control cabinet before shipment, and is designed to integrate with upstream pretreatment (media filtration, softening, ultrafiltration) and downstream polishing (EDI, mixed-bed) stages.
