The Water Process

From raw intake to ultrapure output

Our equipment families map onto the stages of a real treatment train. Buyers typically combine two or more stages depending on source water quality and target application.

Raw Water Intake
Source water — surface, well or municipal supply — enters the treatment train and is assessed against the feedwater analysis provided by the buyer.

Mechanical Pretreatment
Multi-media and sand filtration vessels remove turbidity and suspended solids, protecting downstream membranes from fouling.

Softening & Conditioning
Ion-exchange softening reduces hardness where required, and dosing systems adjust pH or add scale inhibitors ahead of membrane stages.

Membrane Separation
Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems remove colloids, pathogens and dissolved salts to reach the target permeate quality.

Ultrapure Polishing
EDI systems continuously polish RO permeate to high resistivity for electronics, pharmaceutical and laboratory-grade requirements.

Wastewater & Discharge
Process and site wastewater passes through package treatment plants or custom tanks before discharge or reuse.

A team with roots in water treatment since 1992

Zhengzhou Jie Neng Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. fabricates equipment at our own workshop in Xingyang, Zhengzhou — from steel tank welding and skid assembly to membrane installation and final testing. Our production and engineering staff work across mechanical, electrical and process disciplines to deliver equipment ready for site commissioning.

We operate under certified quality, environmental and occupational health management systems, and hold the licenses required for water treatment and environmental engineering contracting in China.
